Lullova Accessibility

A gentler store should be easier to use.

Lullova is working to make lullova.lat more usable for people with different vision, hearing, mobility, cognitive, and technology needs while they explore mother and baby care essentials.

Accessibility is a continuing practice. We do not treat accessibility as a one-time statement. We review content, navigation, controls, images, text, motion, and support paths as the store changes.
Our Approach

Designed around clarity, choice, and support.

Our accessibility work is informed by widely used inclusive-design practices, including readable contrast, meaningful structure, keyboard access, text alternatives, visible focus, zoom support, and reduced-motion preferences.

We aim to make important care information understandable without relying only on color, motion, imagery, or a single method of interaction.

01

Readable by design

We use high-contrast dark text on light backgrounds, clear spacing, descriptive headings, and layouts that remain understandable when text wraps.

02

Operable in different ways

We work toward controls, links, and navigation that can be reached and understood without depending only on a mouse or touch gesture.

03

Structured for assistive technology

We use semantic headings, labels, alternative text, and meaningful reading order to support screen readers and other assistive tools.

04

Supported by real feedback

Accessibility barriers may appear in ways automated checks do not reveal. We welcome specific feedback from people using the store.

How the Site Supports Access

Practical features for a clearer browsing experience.

The exact experience may vary by browser, device, settings, and assistive technology, but these are the areas we actively consider when reviewing the store.

  • A

    Keyboard access and visible focus

Interactive elements are intended to remain reachable in a logical sequence with a visible indication of the current focus position.

  • B

    Meaningful labels and headings

Page sections, forms, links, and product information are organized with descriptive language rather than vague or decorative-only labels.

  • C

    Alternative text for informative images

Images that communicate useful information are intended to include text descriptions, while decorative visuals should not interrupt reading flow.

  • D

    Flexible text and responsive layouts

Content is designed to reflow across screen sizes and remain readable when browser text or page zoom is increased.

Use the Site Your Way

Helpful settings already available in your device or browser.

Many accessibility preferences can be adjusted directly through your operating system, browser, screen reader, keyboard settings, or mobile accessibility tools.

Keyboard and Switch Access

Move through links and controls without a pointer.

Use your browser or device navigation keys to move between interactive elements. A visible focus indicator should help show which item is currently selected.

When a control cannot be reached, activated, or understood with your preferred input method, please tell us which page and control caused the problem.

Text Size and Zoom

Increase content size while keeping the page usable.

Browser zoom and text-size settings can help enlarge product details, care guidance, checkout information, and support content.

Our layouts are intended to wrap and reflow rather than forcing important text outside its container or hiding content behind another element.

Motion and Animation

Reduce movement through your device preference.

Where supported, the site responds to reduced-motion settings by limiting non-essential transitions and animated effects.

Essential content should remain available even when animation does not run or when motion is reduced.

What We Review

Accessibility checks follow the customer journey.

We review both the information people need and the actions they need to complete while browsing baby care, feeding, bath, diapering, travel, nursery, comfort, and mom-care essentials.

  • 01

    Finding and understanding products

Navigation, search, collection labels, product titles, descriptions, images, price information, and care details.

  • 02

    Making selections and reviewing choices

Product options, quantity controls, cart information, validation messages, and the visibility of selected states.

  • 03

    Completing important store actions

Checkout handoff, required fields, error identification, payment interfaces, delivery information, and confirmation messages.

  • 04

    Requesting support

Contact options, readable support information, clear next steps, and alternative ways to communicate an accessibility barrier.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the experience may still need improvement.

We aim to identify and reduce barriers, but we do not claim that every page, tool, third-party service, or older item of content is free from accessibility issues.

Third-party services Payment, checkout, carrier, embedded, or other external interfaces may be managed by independent providers and can behave differently.
Older or changing content Previously published content, updated product media, or newly added theme features may occasionally require further review.
Technology differences Results can vary across browsers, devices, zoom levels, operating systems, and assistive-technology combinations.
Temporary issues A site update, app change, or content revision may introduce a barrier before it is identified and corrected.
