When an eligible return is received and approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method used for the order. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

Additional review
Lullova may request more photos, packaging details, or product information before deciding the next step.
Partial refund
A partial refund may be considered when the approved resolution covers only part of an order or a specific item value.
Return shipping and original shipping charges
Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return. When an item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, Lullova will review the appropriate shipping solution. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless required by the approved resolution or applicable law.

Return request window
Return requests should be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Requests received after this period may be declined unless the situation involves a right that applies under law.
Contacting Lullova within the request window does not automatically guarantee approval. The order, product category, item condition, hygiene status, packaging, and reason for return must still be reviewed.
Authorization before sending a return
All returns require prior review and authorization. Do not send a parcel to the business address or any other location unless Lullova has supplied return instructions for that specific request.
Approved instructions may include a return destination, packaging requirements, shipment timing, reference details, and information that should be placed inside or outside the parcel.
Condition requirements
Unless the request concerns damage, defect, missing components, or an incorrect item, products must normally remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, clean, complete, and in their original condition.
- Original labels, seals, packaging, instructions, accessories, and components should be included.
- The product should not show wear, scent, staining, washing, assembly for use, or routine contact.
- The item should be packaged carefully to prevent damage during return transit.
Non-returnable and restricted items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be returnable after opening, washing, sterilizing, assembly, testing, or use.
- Opened or used feeding and bottle-care products.
- Opened bath, body, diapering, changing, or personal-care items.
- Washed, worn, scented, stained, or used textiles and comfort items.
- Products with removed hygiene seals, protective liners, labels, or sanitary packaging.
- Items damaged through misuse, improper cleaning, unsuitable storage, alteration, or failure to follow instructions.
These restrictions do not prevent review of an item that arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Order cancellations and changes
Contact Lullova as soon as possible when an order needs cancellation or correction. A request is not guaranteed after order preparation has started or shipment arrangements have progressed.
Once an order has shipped, the return policy may apply instead. Address changes may also be unavailable after the carrier has received the shipment.
Return shipping responsibility
When a standard return is approved for a reason unrelated to damage, defect, missing components, or an incorrect item, return-shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
When Lullova confirms that an item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, the care team will provide the appropriate shipping guidance for the approved resolution.
Inspection and approval
Returned products are reviewed after receipt. Inspection may consider product identity, condition, hygiene status, packaging, included components, authorization details, and whether the return followed the supplied instructions.
A refund may be declined or reduced when an item is incomplete, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, improperly packaged, or returned outside the approved conditions.
Refund processing
When a refund is approved, it is initiated to the original payment method. Lullova cannot control the additional time a bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution may require to display the funds.
If the approved refund does not appear after a reasonable financial-processing period, first review the original payment account and then contact Lullova with the order details.
Original shipping charges
Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for standard returns. They may be included in an approved resolution when required by law or when Lullova confirms that the order was damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for that adjustment.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable parcels
Parcels returned because of refusal, an incomplete or incorrect address, failed delivery access, or failure to collect may require additional review before any refund is considered.
Shipping charges, carrier fees, return costs, and the product's return condition may affect the available resolution where permitted by law.
